Here is how it works:

As any other module, you can activate the survey in step 1 in the event website tool.
In step 3 you continue to customise the questions:

  • Open question (Text answer)
  • Closed question (single / multiple choice)
  • Ranking answers (text, stars or NPS*)

The results and statistics are compiled for you in your dashboard (real-time) and you can download the attractive PDF document to share the results with your team or save it to use as a planning tool for your next event. Which serves as proof of concept when evaluating the event or planning the next event.

What is Net Promotor Score (NPS)?

NPS (Net Promotor Score) is based on a direct question: How likely is it that you would recommend our event/company/product/service to a friend or colleague? The scoring for this answer is based on a 0 to 10 scale.

  • Promoters are those who respond with a score of 9 or 10 and are considered loyal enthusiasts.
  • Detractors are those who respond with a score of 0 to 6 – unhappy customers.
  • Scores of 7 and 8 are passives, and they will only count towards the total number of respondents, but not directly affect the formula.

NPS = % of Promoters – % of Detractors.
