As organiser you are not always the only person who invites contacts. In some cases you want to give account managers or other people (inside or outside the organisation) the possibility to invite their contacts. The account manager module allows you to make the account managers responsible for the invitation process, while you – as organiser – still remain in control of the registrations.
Let account managers invite their own contacts
The account manager module is suitable for large (sports) events, but also for large conferences or seminars, whereby teams or organisations must have the possibility to register on their own contacts. This works as follows:
As organiser you decide which persons (account managers) are allowed to invite their contacts and how many contacts they can invite.
You add the account managers to the event
You send all account managers an example of an invitation with a personal registration link
The account managers invite their personal contacts from their own mail
Those who are invited by the account managers register with 1 click on the link in the invitation - and automatically receive a confirmation
Every account manager can log into a personal Momice account to inspect the registrations and available seats
As organiser you have a total overview of all registrations
